Finally, after all this time, the rebuild has begun. Work commenced at 10.30 am on Monday 4th August 2014. The earthworks were performed by Dale and Clem Ikin. Awesome job and done quickly. Site office arrived today from Weipa.

At last. For all of us who have been anxiously waiting this is a great way of keeping us all informed and involved in progress. The pictures are fabulous and also we get to see the kind of weather that you are having out there. Hopefully it can run smoothly and finish before Christmas. Naturally the Ikin contractors are first class at what they do so what a way to start. This can only be a positive and a very good sign for the future of the development. Kudos to all of you and keep the pictures coming.
