Next stage of development and we have a minor hiccup! Someone didn’t peg the site out properly, @#$#, another several truck loads of soil had to be excavated from the site. We are also having a bit of a battle with Council re a Trade Waste Application to discharge Trade Waste into a Sewerage System, a little ironic when we don’t have a Sewerage System in Mt Carbine. Also Council reckons we need a 1000 litre Grease Trap at a cost of about $10 000. The business has run with a 40 litre grease trap for 27 years with no problems. We will have to take Whale Blubber off the menu, there will be a lot of disappointed Inuit’s.

And so the usual crap with Council has begun just to make life that much more difficult than it has already been trying to get back on track after losing everything to fire. The utter stupidity of coming up with ludicrous new rules that have never been related to area or the original business makes no sense and is disgraceful.
Sporty certainly looks different preferred it before myself.
